About Us

Principal/Program Director - Mr. Russell Meredith

All of our doors must remain locked throughout the school day. You must ring our doorbell, so that your face can be seen by the camera.  After admittance, you must report to the Office with your Driver's License or Government issued Photo ID so that we may  sign you in to our system. Your identification will be scanned upon your first visit to our school. Our students' safety is our top priority.

Dawn School will become a collaborative, accessible, and transitional program that focuses on building the students' Behavioral, Academic, Social, and Emotional skills.

We believe all students can learn. We believe it is our job to find out how each student learns best. We believe that we should equip our students to be lifelong learners. We believe that we should celebrate all student achievements.

About The School

The Dawn School is a K-12 program through the Hamilton County Schools Exceptional Education Department that provides intensive behavioral, academic, social, and emotional supports in a therapeutic setting.
